The Challenge
Clinical trial systems have to support real coordinator workflows while keeping role-based permissions precise. Documentation alone cannot confirm that an Investigator, CRA, Data Manager, or Study Team account can do only what it should.

The Solution
Ran a hands-on sandbox evaluation across CTMS, eTMF, and EDC workflows using each role. The testing surfaced the top-priority issue: an account documented as “access-only” actually had full functional edit access to eCRF structure.
