Hi, I'm Wasaal

My journey started with a Bachelor's in Pharmacy, which led me into hospital-based clinical trials, coordinating studies across some of Saudi Arabia's major research centers. That experience opened the door to population health and real-world evidence, a shift I backed with a second Bachelor's, this time in Health Informatics.

I believe healthcare data is more than numbers, it holds decisions waiting to be made. Today, I work on a national population health platform, turning clinical and population data into evidence that shapes how healthcare actually gets delivered.

What drives me is the space in between: the gap between a dataset and a decision. That's where I like to work.

Across 5 areas of work, I have supported 20 regional Ministry of Health branches, built experience over 4 years across trial sites, research centres and national programs, and earned a 4.74/5 rating for capacity-building training.
