- Data Request Intake SystemProposed and designed an automated intake solution: auto-logged to Excel, instant “under review” acknowledgment, priority triage of incoming requests, then an SLA-style timeline sent to the requester, resolving recurring issues through proactive risk identification and issue resolution (in progress)
- Observatory Scope GuideAuthored and rolled out a stakeholder-facing guide clarifying the Observatory’s scope and available request types, closing a recurring requirements-gathering gap
