The Challenge
Branch analysts across the Kingdom’s regional offices did not have a consistent grasp of the observatory platform or how to analyze its data. The gap showed up as inconsistent reporting quality from branch to branch.

The Solution
Designed and delivered a structured program covering platform use, data-analysis methodology, and standardized KPI reporting. Four workshops reached 86 registrants across 17 branches and offices.
The program scored 4.74/5 overall, every participant said they would recommend it, and report-writing proficiency rose from 68.1% to 95.2%. By the end, 80% could independently analyze platform data in Excel.
